- Website or, if you are pre-launch, a description of the offer
- Monthly volume, average transaction size and refund rate
- Current or previous processor, and the reason any account ended
Documents are optional at this stage — an application without attachments still gets reviewed.
What submitting means
Submitting a form does not guarantee approval and does not create a contractual relationship. It begins a review conversation so we can explain the options that may be available to your business.
The standard document file
- Government identification for each beneficial owner
- Incorporation or business-registration documents
- Proof of business address
- Recent processing statements, where available
- Bank letter or void cheque
- Product or service information
Total attachment size across all fields must stay under 8 MB. One file per field.
Handling sensitive documents
Please do not attach full payment-card numbers, complete bank credentials or passwords. In production, sensitive identity documents require encrypted storage at rest and in transit, restricted role-based access, a documented retention and deletion schedule, an audit trail, and a published privacy policy describing the lawful basis for processing. All approvals, pricing, reserve requirements, settlement schedules and account terms are determined by the applicable processor, acquiring institution, gateway or underwriting provider. Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee of approval, or a commitment to specific terms.
