About Us

Payments Advice Built on Preparation, Not Promises

Aurex Payments helps businesses navigate payment processing with a practical, transparent, and solutions-focused approach. We work to understand each merchant's industry, transaction volume, customer base, processing history, and growth plans before identifying suitable options. Our goal is to help clients build more stable payment infrastructure while maintaining clear communication throughout the application and onboarding process.

Mission

What We Are Trying to Do

Make payment processing legible. A merchant should be able to explain, in their own words, why they were approved or declined, what their terms mean, and what would have to change for a different outcome.

That means doing the unglamorous work properly: reading the website, checking the policies, assembling the documents, and telling the merchant the truth about what is realistic before an application goes anywhere.

Our Story

Company History

Editable placeholder

Placeholder — replace with verified company history and dates.

Aurex Payments was formed to solve a specific, unglamorous problem: capable businesses were being declined or shut off not because of what they sold, but because their applications did not explain it well.

Add the founding year, the background of the founding team, and the milestones you want to highlight here. Keep claims to facts you can evidence — no volume figures, partner names or approval statistics until they are verified.

Values

How We Work

  • Say the realistic thing

If a route is unlikely, we say so before it costs you three weeks. An honest no is worth more than an optimistic maybe.

  • Prepare before submitting

Most declines are avoidable documentation failures. We would rather spend an extra day on the file than lose a fortnight to a preventable question.

  • Explain the mechanism

Reserves, descriptors, interchange, dunning. Merchants make better decisions when they understand how the machinery actually works.

  • Stay after go-live

The account being live is the start of the relationship, not the end of the engagement.

Compliance

Our Compliance Approach

We only prepare applications for businesses that are operating lawfully in the jurisdictions they sell into. Where an industry requires a licence, registration or age verification, we ask for evidence of it before submission — not because it is a formality, but because an application without it is not reviewable.

We do not help businesses conceal their model, understate their category, obscure ownership, or present a website that differs from what customers actually experience. Misrepresenting a business to an underwriter tends to produce a short-lived account and a termination-list entry.

Card networks and acquirers set the rules for each category, and those rules change. We track them where we can and are direct when a previously available route has closed.

Our principles

  • Lawful operation in every jurisdiction served
  • Licences and registrations evidenced before submission
  • Accurate description of products, fulfilment and marketing
  • Consistency between the website, the application and the descriptor
  • Data handled on a need-to-know basis with documented retention

Regions Served

We currently review applications for businesses connected to United States, Canada and Europe, along with cross-border structures assessed case by case. Coverage is a description of where we work, not a statement that every business in those markets can be placed.

What We Do Not Do

Our scope is payment processing and the operational work around it. We do not provide business formation, banking, lending, credit cards, tax advice or legal advice, and we do not issue merchant accounts ourselves.

Find the Right Payment Solution for Your Business

Tell us about your business, current processing situation, and growth plans. Our team will review the information and explain the available next steps.

Submitting a form does not guarantee approval and does not create a contractual relationship. It begins a review conversation so we can explain the options that may be available to your business.
