Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out how this website and our services may be used, and the categories of activity we will not support.
It exists for a practical reason as well as an ethical one: submitting a prohibited business wastes everyone’s time and damages the routes that legitimate merchants depend on.

01General expectations
You must use this website and our services lawfully, honestly and only for genuine business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit deliberately false information.
02Activities we will not support
We will not prepare, submit or support applications for businesses engaged in the following. This list is not exhaustive, and card networks and providers maintain their own prohibited-business lists which also apply.
- Any activity unlawful in the jurisdictions where the business operates or sells
- Fraud, deceptive marketing, or misrepresentation of what a customer will receive
- Undisclosed negative-option billing or deliberately obstructed cancellation
- Sale of counterfeit, pirated or infringing goods
- Trade in controlled substances outside a lawful, licensed framework
- Unlicensed activity in a category that requires a licence
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or concealment of beneficial ownership
- Human exploitation or trafficking in any form
- Content involving minors, or any content produced without documented consent
- Unlicensed firearms, explosives or regulated weapons trading
- Pyramid schemes, chargeback-fraud services and transaction-laundering arrangements
- Businesses that misdescribe their model or products to obtain processing
03Transaction laundering
Processing transactions for a business other than the one underwritten — sometimes called transaction laundering or factoring — is a serious breach of card-network rules. We will not assist with it, and any such arrangement discovered during a review will end our engagement.
04Regulated categories
We do work with legally operating, properly licensed businesses in regulated categories. Support is conditional on evidence of licensing, jurisdictional restrictions being enforced technically, accurate marketing, and full underwriting review. Availability is never guaranteed.
05Consequences
If we identify a breach of this policy we may decline to act, withdraw a submitted application, end an engagement, and where legally required report the matter to the relevant authority or provider.
06Reporting a concern
If you believe this website or our services are being misused, contact [ABUSE CONTACT EMAIL] with as much detail as you can provide.
